We publish comparison content so Australian commercial agencies can shortlist software faster. Accuracy matters more than persuasion, so this page explains how we source information and how you request a correction, a redaction, or a copy change.
Where our comparison information comes from
Every comparison, alternatives, and migration page on this site is compiled from public product documentation, published pricing pages, vendor help centres, and publicly available release notes. We record the source at the time of writing. Vendors change their products, so a detail that was correct last quarter can be out of date today.
Trademarks and brand names
All product names, logos, brands, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. We use them for identification and comparison only. Their use does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership. rePrecinct is an independent software platform built by REQ2 Pty Ltd for Australian commercial real estate agencies.
Request a correction
If you represent a platform we describe, or you spot a claim that no longer matches the product, send us the page URL, the sentence in question, and a public source we can verify. We review every request, correct confirmed errors, and update the page.
Request a redaction or logo removal
If you want your logo, brand name, or a specific description removed from this site, tell us the page and the asset. We remove or replace confirmed requests and keep a record of the change.
Copywriting and editorial feedback
Feedback on wording, tone, clarity, or accessibility is welcome from customers and readers alike. Include the page URL and the wording you would use instead. We read every message and revise copy where it makes the page clearer.
How long a review takes
We acknowledge accuracy and redaction requests within two business days and aim to resolve them within five business days. Complex claims that need vendor confirmation can take longer, and we tell you when that happens.
